Proud big sisters

It was just like Christmas morning when I brought their new baby sister home....no, scratch that. WAY better than Christmas morning! They are such helpers to mommy, and the BEST big sisters anyone could ask for!

Olivia Joy Haefs is HERE!

Making her grand entrace on June 22, 2010, and weighing in at 8 lbs 7 ozs, here she is! She is 3 weeks old as of today, and such a good baby. Hardly ever cries, and is sweet and pink as can be. We just love having her in our family!

Mother's Day and 7 years of wedded bliss

This year I had the pleasure of celebrating Mother's day AND my sweet anniversary all in the same day! I could go on and on about how increadibly blessed I feel everyday. I have healthy happy children and a husband who loves me, but more importantly loves the Lord, and leads our household in HIS ways. Here's to many more years of God's great blessings!

San Antonio fun

Our trip to San Antonio, although it was 3 months ago, still stands out in my mind. The weather didn't cooperate the entire time, but we did make the most of it, and you know what....we had fun playing in the rain! With two different children's museums, a trip to the Alamo, several stops at some beautiful missions and churchs, a fun IMAX movie and a yummy meal at Rainforest Cafe, we had a blast! Too long gone

How did I let 2 months go by without a post? Well, the last 2 months of my pregnancy were very busy. We had a fantastic trip to San Antonio, I did LOTS of nesting at home to prepare for baby Olivia's arrival, and tried to pack in as much sweet Kayla and Anna fun times as possible. We had several trips to the splashpad, some big lego fun with daddy, a sweet visit from their Pops and Izzy, painting mommy's big tummy, Kayla's graduation from AWANA cubbies, and lots of fun playdates with friends.
